          The Award Program must earn the points and must meet the criteria to win a rating level. The result Is going to reflect the personal opinion of the evaluator about these articles and can not be challenged.

          To apply for the 5.5 rating level the award program must be rated in the 5.0 level and have at least five years of existence as rated award program.

          To apply for the 6.0 rating level the award program must be rated in the 5.0 level and have at least ten years of existence (as rated or non-rated award program).

          To apply for the Honor to the Merit awards the award program must be rated at least in the level 4 and will receive the award according to this scoring:
