To be certified by our program and receive our badges, your site should respects the ethics, the copyright and the privacy of its visitors and, if applicable, of the applicants of its awards and should be according to the criteria established down:

Do not present content, or links for sites with content, that can be considered illegal, immoral, disrespectful or that causes discrimination, that incites the violence or to the use of drugs or, still, to any illicit or disrespectful activity to the human rights. Possess page of rights and/or credits, where be presented your statement of respect to the copyright and your relation of credits to the authors that collaborated in the achievement of your site, with pictures, images, graphics, poetry or texts. Possess page of ethics, where do you do to your statement of ethics and says as you respect-her in your awards program. Possess page of privacy, where you declare as will be respected the privacy of those that will request your awards (if applicable). Your site and award program (if applicable) should be approved for all family, of preference already approved by a service as SiteSurf, Family Friendly Sites or a similar program. Your award program (if applicable) should grant its awards on basis of the ethics and impartiality, offering a fair judgment for all the petitioners of your awards, this will be verified through the analysis of your winners list.

If your website and/or award program are not according to these demands we ask you that does not request our evaluation, seen that will not bring positive result.
